Ok so lemme get this straight I’m pretty sure I get it. U had it where you would refinance it to have a 6k cost, would pay out 4k to the owner and then in return since the property is netting 11k make a 1k profit a month? That makes perfect sense if so but I’m confused on if you now would own it and r just paying the owner that 4k till it got to the value he was looking for or what would ownership look like?
