HOA’s are scum, this is clearly a targeted attack by this owner and the HOA to get rid of the YouTuber which most HOA’s would hate to have a YouTuber around because it gives you too much power. So for future reference if anyone comes to you about this say no and get a restraining order right away. Treat any communication as a scam in process. I will assume your will move because you are being screwed by these people and it will get worse over time.

Fill in part of the retention pond? That is the first thing wrong. It’s hard to understand or believe anyone at the HOA or the city would approve such. Unless…the plan is to extend the retention pond and take a portion of your property, which is why your trees and property has been destroyed.
