Everyone will not speak in tongues and it is not a spiritual gift man can give to anyone to receive it. There are many spiritual gifts and God decides who get what gift. 1 Corinthians 12 verse 4-11 KJV Paul talks about this. Too much paraphrasing going on with the scripture.
