The other types are Vascular dementia, Frontotemporal dementia (FTD), Lewy body, mixed dementia, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s disease, Down syndrome, and Alzheimer’s disease, alcohol related dementia, Korsoff syndrome, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob. With so many types of dementia, your doctor has a responsibility to tell you which one your LO has been diagnosed with.
