The level of corruption in overturning Chevron is unreal. Not enough people talk about Ohio v EPA. SCOTUS essentially blocked a decision being made (with the emergency docket) under Chevron for a year so it could be decided under the APA instead

I remember right after chevron was overturned Lauren Boebert was interrogating someone in the EPA and kept referring to chevron being overturned. I remember thinking she’s being fed these talking points because she’s intellectually incapable of coming up with these arguments on her own. Didn’t they pause Bret’s hearing after the assault allegations to open up a tip line for victims or witnesses to call in, which hundreds of people did, only to find out years later, that none of the those calls were heard or vetted.
