This is what ive been thinking gor so long. Im so sure there is an office solely dedicated to create meme propaganda. If you look at racist pepe or wojak memes notice how they actually have good editing skills, its not some guy in alabama thats coming up with these trendy memes that get mass exposure. Sure they start in 4chan threads or other sites but they get picked up by superskilled editors and group minds that have a direct motive to target an audience.
