I had an appt for carpal tunnel testing, they told me to take off everything but my bra and underwear….we are testing my hands, wrists and arms, I wasn’t prepared, had to admit to them I was actually commando😭

Sometimes it comes down to giving clear, direct commands incase someone isn't knowing what's occuring. (It's me, please give me direct commands when I'm in your surgery, I likely have 100% no idea what I'm doing cause I'm brain blanking and need the "generic" commands to ensure I am doing things correctly.)
