dispatch messed up a address once and customer would not be home clean out exposed near front door and power on front porch. open clean out no water figured it was clogged under house ran cable under house home owner pulls up asks wtf I was doing. my cable went to toilet and busted it worse job of my life

Once cut a line in a boiler room on a repipe then got locked out of the room for 40 min. Floor drain was a champ.

Went to a customers house one time to changes kitchen faucet and no one was home. Dispatch told me to go in that the customer said it was ok…. Went in and changed out the faucet. Later that day the office got a call asking when we were going to do the faucet replacement.😂😂 They sent me to the wrong house
