im 13 weeks and i hot one at 10 bc i kept thinking i would miscarry. such a good way to reassure urself when ur js feeling weird instead of having to stay in the er and getting tests to find out ur fine!😆

Hey! I just wanted to share a quick reminder: at-home devices for checking a baby’s heartbeat can be tricky to use, especially since it’s hard to know exactly where you’re placing them. Because of that, there’s a chance they could be used in a way that isn’t ideal or could cause unnecessary harm. It’s always safest to have a professional check your baby’s heartbeat they know exactly how to do it and can give you accurate, reassuring information! Not trying to be rude btw!

How's an ultrasound tech student here please please please be careful with using Doppler using it too early and pregnancies can actually cause tissue heating and cause damage to your baby before buying these. Please talk to your OB/GYN to make sure that this is right in safe for you.

dont rely on those if baby stops moving. or moves too much. them having a heart beat doesnt matter if they are in distress. go in for any change in movements. them losing their heartbeat is the last step as they pass. my friend lost her baby at 39 weeks due to checking for a heart beat instead of going in.

Got mine at 10 weeks or so and couldn’t find baby until about 12/13 weeks but now at 18 weeks I’m hearing her every day! It’s so cool and relieves so much anxiety
