@ripleysaquariumcanada: Toronto 📍 Help us welcome our newest addition to the aquarium... the Japanese spider crabs! 🦀 There are over 7000 known species of crabs in the world and Japanese spider crabs are the largest, growing up to 12 feet (3.8 meters) in length! Our three new residents are not yet fully grown, and can currently be found at the bottom of our Pacific Kelp Forest. Overtime as they slowly become larger, our team will ensure they move into a suitable exhibit to meet their needs! 🌊 Swim by Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada to SEA these awesome animals for yourself! #crabs #deepseacreatures #crustacean #aquarium #toronto
