I'm with you 100% I really didn't look after my diabetes when I was younger, I'm suffering for it now, neuropathy, gastroparesis, retinopathy and lots more, I really really wish I'd looked after my diabetes and knew the importance 26 yeara ago!

I have Neuropathy from my chemotherapy. The burning pain can be awful, I put ice packs on my feet at night 😩

I’m type 2 and my feet are awful. Burning hot, tingly and numb in patches. Mine’s from a late diagnosis of type 2. I feel your pain completely x

See I got nerve damage in my feet too, but it’s like the circulation is going as my feet go ICE cold 😧

I have neuropathy too. It’s so bad. It burns. My skin is on fire all the time. I wish there was better treatment for it but I’ve noticed it’s not permanent in my yet. When my blood sugars are good, it goes away so I’m trying so hard to fix it but I hate this disease

I put packs of frozen veggies on my feet thinking I would get relief and I felt nothing my feet are so bad but mine is just neuropathy not caused by diabetes
