When you add water to the sugary drink, it does not reduce the amount of sugar in it. You still get exactly the same amount of sugar in if you drink all of it at once.

heck I work nights I get home at 6am I pop 20 mg of melatonin then take a shower in bed by 7am and am sleeping in about 5mins
