No it's not normal. You should go to urgent care. If it's bright red it might mean you have a tear somewhere and that could be nothing or it could be serious. If the blood is dark or looks like coffee grounds it's a lot more serious and definitely requires a trip to the ER. I have a stomach condition called Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome and have had issues with blood a couple times. Please be careful 💜
