@drchristinahuang: Skin coloured bumps on your face?🤨🤨 As a dermatologist, I get asked about these all the time! These little bumps are simply dilated oil glands (very common in oily skin types). They’re totally harmless, but many people notice them for cosmetic reasons.🪞 The good news? ✅We can treat them. Options include: • Over-the-counter or prescription retinoids • In-office procedures, such as gentle low-heat therapies What not to do: ❌ Don’t squeeze them like pimples. Nothing will come out, and you may end up with irritation or scarring. Have you experienced these? Drop any questions below⬇️⬇️ #skinhealth #skineducation #skincaretips #oilyskin #oilyskincare

I have been using tretinoin and azelaic acid for 6 months consistently. I moisturize, use toners and sunscreen. Something has caused dozens on new Sebaceous hyperplasia to pop up. Every week I get a couple more. My forehead is covered. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know which product is causing it and google is not helping. I suspect the sunscreen or moisturizer but I can’t be sure. I am devastated
