I don't necessarily hate taxes even when it takes such a bite out of my pay. But I would be a lot happier if I knew the money paid for someone needs help, with insurance, food, daycare and homes instead of being paid for a battle ship or a politician's salary.

I think it's important to rally adults under 30 to do their own research and vote. When I was in my early 20s, I didn't vote because I didn't understand the importance. At 18, I was still piggybacking off my family's political views because I hadn't researched for my own. Both of these issues are affecting us today.
