I like this technique, but this is the first time in 40 years of cutting hair in the salon and the barbershop that I’ve ever heard anybody referred to a man’s bangs as a curtain bang. Women yes.

i think this is my problem and i think you might have just solved it! denise has got a question though, to get to that heavy curtain bang step, are you just taking all of that bang hair, cutting it all at low elevation first at an angle to preserve that front length before you go in and soften it like you are here?
