Find the recipe below! 👇 INGREDIENTS - 2 tbsp olive oil - 6-7 large chicken thigh cutlets, skin on - 1 lemon, sliced - 1 cup risoni pasta - 1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken - Chopped fresh oregano and parmesan to garnish STEPS 1) Heat oil in a large frypan. 2) Season chicken thighs well with salt and pepper. Cook chicken thighs and lemons, until they have some colour. Pour chicken stock into the pan, bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 mins 3) Sprinkle risoni over simmering stock, stir to combine cook until risoni is al dente.
