i unfortunately had a not so good experience with them but in festival mall branch. 😔 apparently, there was an internet fluctuation happened after the successful payment. i tried it around 8:15pm which was already past the cut off time of their personnel assigned. since no one was there to ask, i just reached out thru their email and facebook page. thankfully, they were responsive in email but not on facebook (but they were posting reels so idk why they didn't see my messages to them) i requested for a refund since the item didn't come out after showing on the screen that it's good to claim. i raised my concern friday night, and they were able to process the refund on wednesday. what i'm disappointed is the lack of immediate response. i thought i was scammed. i felt like they won't process the refund with urgency because i went to their stalls in ATC (sunday) & festival (wednesday) twice to follow up physically. they did apologize and refund the exact amount tho, but i don't think i would ever try again. also, when i went to festival branch, the person in charge told me that someone also experienced the same issue. so i think there's really a problem with the machine in this branch. better to try this when there is a staff to assist you so that in case there's an error, you have a witness. hopefully, they will fix the issue on the machine.
