What these cities don’t understand with these obnoxious fees they are going to cause a depression on the economy. Cities need to learn to protect their citizens from high prices including high cost of housing, utility rates, high property taxes.

My city Close the garbage department for the city subcontracted out to waste management and now every resident pays around a $150 a year The city literally screwed over the residence and the employees every employee got to transfer to a different city department Most of them went to parks and recreations Sanitation and maintenance department But in the end the city didn't save any money They're still paying for these employees they're just not paying for maintenance cost on vehicles they're not using meanwhile the taxpayers are paying double they're paying in their taxes for a service that should already be there cause they're paying for it and then they're paying out of their own pocket for a private garbage company to come and collect their trash But it's extremely hard when people want to move because this third party is really picky about how much garbage you're allowed
