The difference between a cop and a tyrant is how by the book they are. A cop is always by the book, 100% of the time as they should be. A tyrant is not 100% by the book. For law and order to work, the ones enforcing it are responsible for setting an example, especially considering they're paid by our tax dollars. Never support a tyrant. Never be lenient with a tyrant. Don't waste your breath with a tyrant, because they wouldn't waste their breath on you.
