Self defense, if a police officer can kill someone for holding a hairbrush they thought “looked like a gun” this guy should be let to stay free for shooting someone with a BB gun that actually looks like a gun. But fleeing the scene prior to cops arrival, he should be charged for that.

I feel like the customer overreacted because the gunman was just going after the money. He wasn’t being threatening to harm anyone not saying that he shouldn’t have shot him. I just wish he would’ve aimed at his legs or something like that, but that could also have been dangerous for the customer And then on top of it. I feel sorry for the customer because we never know what we are due until we’re in a situation like that I’m just speaking from the outside unbiased because the reaction that he gave after he found out it was a toy really my heart went to my stomach not only did. I feel bad for the young man Who died I felt more sorry for the guy who shot the young man you see is easy for us to sit here and say good job well done and crack jokes you lack your money you don’t know the situation of the young man and the reasoning of why he feel that he needs to do this you don’t know And until it’s someone that you know some of you if the shoe was on the other foot, and this was your son, your brother are you know the background of the hardships of this person and you knew deeply that he would harm a fly could you say the same things that you’re saying here what I see posted on such a serious video And a loss of life I know a lot of you have other different reasoning from commenting the way you do because you’re full of hate and that’s something that you have to remove on yourself.
