I got spanked as a child and I remembered every strike with the belt that was maybe 2 or 3 times but 23 times OMG that poor baby. I want to run and hug him 😢

I really don’t know much of anything about the story. But getting hit 20 times with the belt 50 years ago would’ve been considered normal. Good discipline.
