i think if you go to a sit down churrasqueira, you'll have the option of salad and chips. When you order to pick up usually they dont sell salads but most places do rice and chips

since you are around that zone go to the "imperial de ourique" in estrela,they do one of the best francesinhas i have ate and the recepie is from porto so dont worry if it is in Lisbon.
