Drink freshly squeezed orange juice twice a day, lots of water too. Add a bit of spice to your food and don't skip your meals. Try decaf drinks, add pure honey to warm milk. Rest is a darkened room, put the phone away. your be better in no time.

id had the flu vaccine and covid injection & i still got it ive had this it made me so ill 8weeks later im still not 100% right I feel dreadful still no energy in me .🙄

Nah guys it’s so bad. Working in healthcare with elder people. I know 3 who lost all mobility after the weakness after being sick. Had so many falls ended up being bed ridden and 4 who stopped eating completely, ended up on a drip until they passed
