They changed almost every va from parts 3-8 in the games, the only ones who remained (that i remember) where Jotaro, Okuyasu and Shigechi. Takehito Koyasu was a perfect choice for DIO, however, i think that giving new voices to new characters are better, since DIO is not Diego and the change was probrably made to fit the character in other moments, i am sure that Kaito Ishikawa will be one of the best va in JoJo if he voices Diego the way he should.
