I work at din tai ! Sea salt cream.. you need the heavy whip cream - Carmel sauce -vanilla and caramel syrup - pinch of salt . And whisk away :)

I made these but the wrapper made it way too chewy so I cooked it for longer but it made it just get harder. I wasn’t a fan im too obsessed with the actual din tai ones

With a little more work, make mochi sheet w sweet rice flour. Then wrap the chocolate in mochi first then the wonton wrapper, steam and it will be even more identical to the mochi xlb from din tai!!🤤
