Can a severe vitamin d level of 11, and a low b12 of 356 cause my DPDR. I’ve never in my whole life struggled with something this bad, and these symptoms seemed to have came over me overnight. My cortisol was 30 during an afternoon blood draw, and I’m only 20 years old. I tried to take the prescription 50,000 IUs of vitamin d3 and it’s made my DPDR 10x worse and now I am unable to take any form or amount of vitamin d3 without feeling worse. Before I took the megadose I was able to take 5,000 IUs daily and feel great, and now I can’t even handle that. All my inflammation markers were high, but my thyroid levels, and iron and ferritin were in normal range. I’m so tired of researching DPDR and seeing people say “I’ve had it for 10 years, and it doesn’t go away” , or “if you just forget about it, it’ll go away”. I was so outgoing 3 months ago, and was a full time student. Now it’s been over a month since I’ve left my house, because I don’t feel grounded when I leave, and I just feel so spaced out and disoriented all the time. Do you have any tips. Is this normal, or is this just fully a mental issue, I feel like I’ll never be me again.
