It's temperature sensitivity and regulation in general. Either absolutely freezing or sweating buckets. Rarely a happy medium 🤦♀️

I've found tumeric, lions mane, Aswananga, NMN have massively helped reduced my symptoms significantly. May be worth a try to all my Fibromyalgia warriors. X 😏

don't forget the dizziness, the IBS and bladder issues, dry eyes blurred vision. I no longer have a job as I have other issues as well but boy do I get it!!!

I have fibromyalgia and I get brain fog a lot and I feel like I’m having a out of body experience and it’s ruining my relationship. It’s like my brain resets and I don’t realize it and my other half doesn’t get it. 😢

some days I can walk and do my shopping, other days I need a ride on. where I used to live I became friends with alot of the ppl who worked at the local foodlion and one of them asked one day why I was on a ride on. she was joking but I answered I have fibromyalgia and she started apologizing. honestly I prefer when ppl ask as opposed to just running their mouths 🤷♀️

I get it...I have flooded my kitchen because I forgot I left the tap on, I can say something one minute but forget what I said, and the brain fog makes me feel stupid because I can't remember the word I want to say 😞😞😞

I get it and hate having to defend myself. Because I look normal and told just push through it and I also have Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis along with fibromyalgia. Just not understood so spend alot of time alone so I don't have to put on a fake smile so everyone doesn't have to deal with it
