This happened to me out of nowhere, last week I was out of breath doing simple stuff like talking, then fainted in work a few days later. Ended up in ED on IV fluids and the doctors think high heart rate was triggered by viral illness 😭 now under investigation for “query POTs”

Being sick is THE WORST for POTS. I passed out last week folding laundry because I coughed too hard. I am so sorry you are going through this.

Pedialyte popsicles and small sips of Gatorade/water helped when I had the stomach bug. (Also suffer from POTS) Feel better soon!!
