My fiancé needs to follow a low fodmap diet. I use an app called fig to go shopping. And Ollie (meal prep/menu planning app) to help me figure out what I can cook him. I also use CHATGPT a lot to help with recipes.

I cant have tomatoes onion or garlic 😭 and this looked so good! I have a wheat allergy with anaphalaxis and ibs-m as of right now all I can have is chicken with tumeric and ginger withe plain jasmine rice.... or a schar gluten free ciabatta roll with a baked chicken with ginger and tumeric and so lettuce and great value mustard(has no garlic or spices!)

They also do sell dairy free ricotta. I’m not near my fridge to tell you what the brand is but I do have to search for it. My fiancé loves lasagna so I had to search for all the ingredients for lasagna
