@holistic.hev: This is everything I ate on my off day from training. A typical off day for me is pretty relaxed and not moving around too much. With that said, what I eat on those days, varies. Sometimes it’s a lot sometimes it’s a little, but the concepts of eating healthy and high protein stay the same.
