‎أغلب الناس يربطوا الخصر الصغير بتمارين البطن… بس بالنسبة لي، أكبر فرق شفته كان لما بدأت أتمرن كور (العضلات الاساسية) بشكل مستمر ‎الكور القوي ما يغير شكل خصرك بس، يغير طريقة حركة جسمك بالكامل. التكنيك يصير أنظف، وضعيتك تتحسن، وحتى الاتصال بين العقل والعضلة يصير أقوى وقت التمرين. وعشان كذا أحياناً المشكلة مو إنك ما تتمرني كفاية… المشكلة إنه جسمك يعوض بعضلات ثانية لأن الأساس (الكور) عندك مو ثابت/قوي ‎لا تستعجلي وركزي على الجودة والتكنيك أكثر من عدد التكرارات. ‎الاوت فت من @weareseissense  ‎تمرين العافية - Most people associate a smaller waist with ab workouts… but for me, the biggest difference happened when I started training my core consistently. A strong core doesn’t just change the shape of your waist, it changes the way your whole body moves. Your technique becomes cleaner, your posture improves, and even your mind-to-muscle connection gets stronger during workouts. And honestly, sometimes the problem isn’t that you’re not training hard enough… it’s that your body starts compensating with other muscles because your foundation (your core) isn’t stable or strong enough. Don’t rush it. Focus on quality and technique more than just counting reps. Make sure your pelvis is in. The right position, tuck your hips in and make sure there is no gap between you and the ground. For this workout I did 7 exercises, 1 min each exercise (and side) took 1 minute rest and then repeated all the exercises, I did this 3 times but if you want to do more, go ahead, for me 3 rounds was more than enough.
