I keep seeing people promoting the TST R9 electric bike, and most of the time it’s somebody half my size riding it! 😂 Nothing wrong with that, but I wanted to show my big boys what this bike actually looks like with a bigger guy riding it. Because when you’re built like me, one of the first things you look at before buying an electric bike is the weight capacity! 💪🚴‍♂️ This particular TST R9 listing advertises a 420-pound weight capacity, and I wanted to share my actual riding experience instead of just talking about the specifications. This bad boy comes with a 750W motor that delivers up to 1500W peak power, advertised speeds up to 32 MPH depending on riding conditions, and some big 20×4-inch all-terrain fat tires. It also has full suspension in the front and back, which makes a big difference in comfort when you’re riding over bumps and uneven surfaces. And let’s not forget that long extended seat! As a bigger guy, I really appreciate having that extra room. You’ve also got five levels of pedal assist, an LCD display that shows your speed and battery information, and removable battery options. I personally enjoy being able to cruise around or get some exercise by pedaling whenever I feel like it. I’m not saying every big guy is going to fit this bike the same way, because everybody’s height, weight, and comfort preferences are different.
