I covered my windows with wrapping paper about 3 ft high. the other cat eventually lost interest and I was able to take the paper down

This happened at my house and the outside cat terrorized my 2 indoor cats and they were traumatized. The outdoor cat lived in my neighborhood so I posted a pic of it on facebook and asked the owner to keep it home, otherwise it would end up at the shelter.

Trap it and take it to the shelter, let them know who owns it. Maybe if the owners have to keep bailing their cat out they’ll stop letting it run loose outside.

I saw a video of a cat trying to fight another cat she ran to the doggy door and meowing angry then her brother came out was a dog and chased that cat away .. long story straight get a dog lol

you could buy a window decal for the bottom half with a snarling wolf on it to frighten the neighbors cat away.
