Most people can tell you exactly what they don’t want… but tremble when it’s time to name what they ache for. This is your invitation to shift from complaint → clarity → creation. Write a list of your recurring critiques (of self or others). Then name 3–5 desires underneath each one. Not the surface wants, the real ones. The ones that rise from your body, not your fear. When you speak from your core instead of your wound, your relationships shift without force. Desire is a prayer that reconnects you to the core of yourself. Name it clearly and watch what begins to open.
