I developed Dysautonomia this year. I've been to pt departments at hospitals here in NYC but they all told me that I need to go find a specialist physical therapist somewhere else because they don't offer this sort of help. I CAN'T ANY PLACE THAT ACCEPTS INSURANCE

Jelliebend has been a game changer for me. I also have SI joint issues and I felt so much relief as soon as I put one on

Learned from my facia therapist that my very tight muscles do limit blood flow. Did not realize that.

Midodrine was an overnight life changer for me! Got rid of coat hanger pain, some muscle aches, and of course the dizziness and fainting when standing. Gave me so much more energy! Abdominal compression helped a bit but wearing a brace changed the way I walked and hurt more than it helped

I tell everyone to get a lipid soluble B1 (crosses blood brain barrier) and magnesium supplement together and it will help your brain, gut, everything! Nerve pain. No one realizes they don’t get enough B1 but it’s nearly impossible with our food supply & chronic stress and pain makes you need more!!

Bro I can’t use abdominal compression. It gives me terrible stomach cramps. I wish they made compression shorts or something with the stomach cut out cuz I can’t even wear regular leggings they hurt to much. 😭🙏 Like this is what I need:

I also have POTS and she says abdominal compression is more important than compression socks.

my friends husband told me yesterday that I was being "hysterical and needed to calm down". my great rate was 186, my legs and hands were shaking so much I couldn't walk, and I was seeing spots. but, you know, all I needed was to calm down 🙄

i find it incredibly difficult to have any kind of compression from the abdomen up because I also have PCOS and therefore an apron belly 🥺 I usually wear pretty tight leggings and that helps but then I also can't eat much when I'm out 😭

I wish i could wear abdominal compression. The most I can do is a tighter one piece bathing suit. anything more than that makes me panic and nauseous

do you know of any compression garments that don't have much behind the knees? Throughout the day my knees are usually bent, whether laying on the couch or sleeping or whatever. I find compression garments are too tight or have too much fabric back there and it cuts off circulation

As someone with EDS and an eating disorder, the suggestion about wearing spanx makes me absolutely rage.
