Anyone who says vegemite is gross has actually never had it. It’s legitimately delicious. And if you have had it, you probably ate it incorrectly. But I’m not here to educate anyone on how to eat vegemite. Just know that you’re missing out.

Vegemite is bad. I prefer Marmite, but only on toast, in a VERY thin spread over copious amounts of butter. Even better on crumpets. 😬 The b-vitamins in it are really good for you. But again, a very thin spread, because otherwise it’s overpowering and tastes awful.
