Also, I believe Aequa is alive in Luceum/Obitium. If you go back to page 336, “…but the addition of a single active mind should be capable of temporarily interceding and allowing for Synchronism to occur. Do you wish to proceed” and Aequa responds something Vis couldn’t understand. (I believe she became synchronous)

Obiteum Caeror has to be lying to us because he told us that he felt his other copies die, but we see Caeror in Luceum. This could mean the Caeror in obiteum is an iunctus that is under the concurrence's control?

I'm curious if Caeror had something to do with Djedef giving the story about meeting with Netiqret. I found it odd that Caeror kills him as he's still telling his story, almost like he didn't want Vis to hear something. At the end, Vis and Netiqret speculate on how they were seemingly brought together as Netiqret was unaware of Djedef and she's one of few people who know how to get around Duat. Idk what to make of it, but it's fishy!!

I was soooo curious as to why Netiqret kept asking Vis how she knew her name. It's like she knew that the Djedef story just didn't add up. That's when I was like mmh is Caeror actually a villain??

I just finished and my brain is broken 😂 the one theory I want to add is what if when the split happened and the worlds were copied, it was actually by time as well? Luceum is early, more simple Caten, Res is current Caten, and Obiteum is future Caten (post apocalyptic toxicity, remnants of the sea wall, etc). That’s all I keep thinking about.

I’m pretty sure O-Caeror is an iunctii based on a few things but mainly bc in ch I there is a moment where he sticks a triangle at the base of his skull and Vis remarks there is “no blood”

Love these theories brotha. Only comment I have is the Luceum Cearor said “everything has changed now”, which is referring to the same thing that Ka was referring to when he told Vis that a big mistake was made. I’m too lazy to go back to the chapters but I’m pretty sure the Luceum Cearor said this AFTER vis stabbed Ka in obiteum, right? So I think the massive mistake was him killing Ka in obiteum

I definitely think Caeror is evil and I’ve had this weird feeling for some time Vis will end up being Ka for some reason. And I think it might end up being a sort of Arrival (alien movie) time loop thing with Vis actually being Ka but who really knows

I dont think Ka really exists. Cearor tells us of his mentor and his mentor who suspiciously disappears I think is Ostios who cant get back. RVis being given the undead army is going full Darth Vader.

Also, when Vis finds O-Ka, he remarks that he appears to be laying on a massive Vitaerium. If Vis successfully killed Ka by stabbing him through the heart, then it seems that Vitaerium wasn’t healing or sustaining Ka (one that large would have allowed him to survive), but I think it must have been the source of all the Will for the other Vitaeriums across the worlds since we know that the source of that Will was unknown
