So, I'm late diagnosed but I still sadly deal with family members that look at me and try to advise me that I'm in a rut and what I'm experiencing is only "mindset problem" with not really understanding my internal ecosystem. I've had to really step away from those family members because I've tried to explain things to them, only for them to just not understand. Which leaves me to figure out how to make my own supports and scaffolding. which has been difficult if you didn't have support in the first place.

I like that this explains autism well as an AuDHD person. Sometimes just getting dressed for a video is difficult… then you add in memory issues getting ready lol… It resonates a lot with the neur0loom neurodivergent community I host.
