(This comment is for my education as I want to learn more don’t get mad) okay I have a boy cat and we’re getting a girl and when she’s old enough we want her to have a litter (we’re not getting her for the purpose of getting a litter we do want another cat to add to our family and a Freind to our current cat) then after that one get her sprayed and then we would keep some of the kittens and give the others away to good families and I don’t think that’s bad i understand If it’s a stray cat that will leave kittens on on the street or someone that won’t give the kittens away to nice families. And yes pregnancy hurts it does for every living thing but it’s nature and female cats will know how to give birth it’s not going it traumatise them forever unless there’s a complication so I just don’t understand why everyone goes insane over it I just wanted to know cuz if it is that bad then we’ll obviously get her sprayed.

When should I get my kitty fixed!! She has like a less than one percent chance of getting out ever and my male kitty is fixed but there’s conflicting answers on when I should fix my kitten. I’m not sure if I should do it at 6 months or a year

hello, i have been trying to get my parents aboard on this but since my cat has a nice breed (siamese, not the one on my pfp), my dad has decided that he wants to breed him in the future to sell the kittens and at least get some profit back because he's complaining about how much my cat costs due to just food and litter😭

Prime example: my cousins cat had 5 kittens like 7 years ago. We took one, they kept one, and found homes for the other three. Theirs ran away, the other three either ran away or got hit by cars. Mine however, is doing great and one of my best buddies (when he’s nice). The mama cat? They moved this year and left her behind because she was an outdoor cat. They did discuss her with the new owners of the house and they take care of her, but still not ok

can someone tell me why my cats not eating any cat food i give it, no dry or wet food it only wants to eat chicken, egg, bread or the food we eat and i dont know if its good for them. i give them dry food and water available at all times and when i put wet food they never accept it i beg someone help me😔 theyre 2-3 months old

my poor baby was fixed too soon, she got an infection bc I couldn't bring her home unless we fixed her there and then 😓 my poor girl ❤ I wouldnt have gotten her if I knew it'd be so painfull for her, make sure you wait until they're at least 6 months old PLEASE, and also make sure the "vets" know what theyre talking about 🥀
