The last time I checked, if it’s necessary by law, a 12 year-old can be tried and charged as an adult. When you do adult things that are illegal and that go against the law as a child, you will be charged as an adult however he can’t go into an adult prison, but he can be tried as an adult the last time I checked I don’t understand today’s society, a way of thinking nowadays.
