I saw the other girls video. These girls be soo mean ! I agree it’s better to start with more grams than the minimum needed. And you’re doing multiple rows to evenly distribute with their hair health in mind. I saw your move up video with hardly any shedding and that a lone shows a lot. But yeah regardless the hair will shed some overtime so more grams to start with is the way to go in my opinion! It’s cool seeing a different method of girls who want the fuller look that I believe looks more natural with more longevity. I don’t understand the hate.

I wish I would have known what I do now about extensions when I was getting them back in 2018-2021. I lost so much hair from it and it has never grown back like it was prior to the extensions 😭 my hair stylist told me how great tape ins were and blah blah blah. The hair I was losing every time I went in for a move up or new install I was told was “normal” shedding. Once I stopped getting them (the last time they slid out after 2 weeks) my hair was like baby thin hair. I was embarrassed to ever wear a pony tail it was thin… it’s like now I need extensions but can’t afford what is charged now 😩
