I had a tineco that broke, I called customer support that was a joke so I thought I’d try this one. Omg what a HUGE upgrade. I’m floored on how well it works and the self cleaning is amazing. It cleans evenly and dries so quick I don’t worry about using it on the wood floors. We have two large dogs and two cats, I use it all the time. This is my favorite purchase this year.

I have 2 dogs that shed BAD.. 1 being a black lab. I just need reassurance this works on dog hair?? I have went through 2 vacuums that just don’t get the job done. I need something that will not frustrate me to clean! HELP!
