As a renter and one who has a Corso and German Shepherd I don't understand how you allow it to get so bad. My landlord can come over unannounced and day and can't tell three cats, two big dogs a ferret and a hedgehog live in our house. Number 1 it's our home and number 2 it doesn't belong to us and I take care of things people let us call ours for a term of time. That was completely unacceptable. Especially on a home that nice.

I own a commercial cleaning company and recently tried to add on move in/out cleanings as filler for my schedule. I couldn’t get more than $300-400 for doing houses in this condition or worse, so I stopped doing them lol not worth my time at all. It’s SUCH hard work.

My parents had rentals my whole life and the things I saw when people moved out was so sad. And seeing my parents who were kind, considerate landlords who often got taken advantage of made the clean up so much more frustrating.
