praise to the server.... Now it depends on if the place was corporate or not. .. Firstly most places reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. should she have gotten a manager, maybe. managers are human too and at times won't deal with confrontational customers. She reacted I think in the best way. She didn't call them names or swear which is nicer than how I would have handled it. Shame on restaurant for firing her.
