@artem_pankovich: Looks Easy… Until You Try It on a Jaguar F-Pace. • Today we are replacing the cabin air filter on a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace. This job is surprisingly complex, as accessing the filter requires disassembling a large portion of the interior. The decorative trim panels around the center console must be removed, along with the side panels surrounding the glove compartment. The glove box itself also has to be taken out in order to reach the filter housing. • Most components are held in place with clips and plastic latches, so all work must be done very carefully to avoid damaging the interior trim. The glove box is additionally secured with 11 bolts and screws. • It is also crucial to install the new filter correctly. The arrows indicating airflow direction must point from top to bottom when placed into the housing. • Maintenance recommendation: The cabin filter should be replaced every 15-20,000 km or once a year.
