Doesn’t the cop that witnessed said infraction the only one that can issue the ticket? Anyone else writing it would be doing so on hearsay only. I’ve heard plenty of cops say there was nothing they could do because they didn’t personally witness the alleged crime or infraction. In court he would have to admit he didn’t witness it!

no they won't get punished I mean if they do get punished it's the taxpayers that's paying for it they'll just keep their job and do it again to somebody else
