@zoyacooks7: ✨Creamy Mac n Cheese🧀 ingredients: • pasta:250g • milk: 2 cups • butter: 5tbsp •plain flour: 1 tbsp •mozerella cheese :1/2 cup •cheesy slices: 3 •cayenne powder: 1tsp • Salt: 1tsp • black pepper:1tsp •parsley:1tsp •oregano: 1tsp Instructions: - In a pan add the butter along with some oil so that the butter doesn't burn! -Add flour and mix well, then add milk & keep stirring -Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat -Now add the mozzarella cheese & cheesy slices along with all the spices mentioned above! - mix well -If the sauce thickens, gradually add milk and stir until you reach the desired consistency! -Add the boiled pasta and mix -Top it up with some mozzarella cheese & cayenne powder!
