Gentle sleep training 100% recommend. My 5 month old sleeps all night & only went through a regression with daytime naps. Been sleeping 8-12 hours at night since about 3 months. Still wakes in the middle of the night occasionally when he’s learned something new😂 like rolling over. I promise you dont have to do the CIO method but its ok for them to fuss for a few minutes not 10 just a few

I don’t judge anyone but I will say the cry it out method saved my life. Cried no more than 20 minutes for 3 days and now he goes down without a fuss! That was 2 months ago

The Ferber method with 1,3,5,7 and 10 minute increments. Baby doesn’t cry for 20 minutes straight with nobody checking in. You check in at the end of each time and most likely by the end of the 10 minute timer your baby will be asleep. They need that space to figure it out and they can. It is so amazing for their development and relationship to sleep/their bed when done correctly. The first night will always be hard but my baby was putting himself to sleep with no check ins by night 4 💪🏻🫶🏻

CIO method got my babe to sleep through the night starting at 6 months 🫶🏻 Took 3 nights of crying it out for 15 min intervals. So hard but so worth the outcome. Good luck!

The key is… contacts naps. They’ll nap but then you’re stuck 😂 I just soak it in and get all my stuff done when she’s awake.

My oldest daughter never napped. She is now a neuroscientist. Very bright. My second daughter did and I now know they were just wired differently. Some babies just don’t nap.
