Live the Word good people and slow down. This is a cycle where we focus on those who speak for Christ and not Christ. The Corinthians did the same thing happening in this video 2,000 years ago. The people in the early church debated who the best/worst disciples were. They focused on eloquence or proximity to Christ. Who was the most loved. Who preached the best. Let’s not fall into the same trap those in the early church did.

There is only a misunderstanding of what Paul is talking about, it’s not a Paul against Jesus argument because their plenty of scripture where Paul encourages establishing the law as a lifestyle, Romans 6 and 7 gives the groundwork of how he teaches the law of sin and the law of death vs the Law of God.

Jesus fulfilled the law with his death. he settled the debt (death) for sin once and for all. that is why we no longer have to do every little thing in the Torah. it's not that hard.

I agree with the fulfillment of the Law. My concern is the book of Leviticus (The Law). The 10 Commandments is a part of the Law, not the entirety of the Law. Are we to required to stop wearing mixed linens? Is it still sinful to eat shellfish? Is it the responsibility of the Church to stone the adulterous person? This is a complicated issue that the Church needs to deal with. Are you willing to have this debate??? I'll definitely participate if you will.

well Paul's Epistles are the earliest of the Christian New Testament writings, Matthew chapter 5, the verse you're quoting was written 15-25 years after Paul. So do we accept Pauls work as original voice of the word, and Matthew, a reinterpretation, a correction and change in Christology
